When I look at pictures captured using an iPhone 4 I see a two hour difference between the DateTimeOriginal and GPSTimeStamp.

GPSTimeStamp - 11:15:35,52
DateTimeOriginal - 2012:04:19 13:15:38

Can any one explain why this difference exists?

GPSTimeStamp should be in UTC.  But DateTimeOriginal is probably in your local time zone.
