Setting TXXX in ID3

Hi,

How do I set a TXXX ID3v2.3 UTF-16 field as a name-value pair? This is what I have on mind (ARTIST COUNTRY set to USA):

I'm sorry, but ExifTool doesn't yet have the ability to write ID3 information.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).

Hi

It's a pity. Maybe some day you would consider that?

Currently for pretty basic mp3 file tagging and renaming with tags I use 3 separate command line tools :/

I started to add this ability many years ago, but after getting a way into it I discovered that the ID3 specification really sucks in a big way.  So this won't be an easy addition.
