Hello,

I'm trying to change date with the "ExifTool direct" function of ExifTool Gui 5.14 of Bogdan Hrastnik.
The "Alldates" tag is very usefull for me. The only problem is that I have to modify the time with this function. How can I keep the original time? I tried shift function is not OK I my case.
Why I want to do this? If fact I make mistake on lot of files : dates are gone away; only time is OK.

Can you help me?

Thank You!

AllDates is just a shortcut for DateTimeOriginal, CreateDate and ModifyDate.  You can write these 3 tags individually using the GUI workspace.  Or using ExifTool direct feature, you could use "-alldates=2012:09:02 12:30:00" (including the quotes).

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).

Hello,

I have to put the same date on lot of pictures and this without any change on times.
Is it possible with the "Direct ExifTool" function?
I know there's the "DateTime Shift" but it's not OK for me because initial dates are various and wanted date is unique.
Thank you.

Regards.
