Illegal division by zero
« on: April 03, 2013, 05:19:25 AM »
Hello.

I am running exiftool 9.24 on some PDF file. The command line is “exiftool x.pdf”.

I get the following result:

Illegal division by zero at Image/ExifTool/XMP.pm line 2586, <EXIFTOOL_FILE> chunk 14.

Note: the platform used is Windows 7 Professional SP1, and the same bug occurs on a virtual machine running Windows Server 2008R2 SP1. Processor architecture is 64-bit on both platforms.

For confidentiality reasons I cannot send the file but if you need help to debug the problem I can follow instructions.

Thanks.  This is enough information for me to fix this problem.  It should be fixed in version 9.25.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
