Hello

how do i find out the total shutter count for my canon 650D (T4i) via this tool?
I successfully installed it for mac.

Apologize if this is a repost. i tried posting it with a photo attached, but the message went into the voids of the internet apparently.

Hi David,

I have a 650D sample here, and ExifTool doesn't currently extract the ShutterCount from it.  Not all Canon models store this information.  I suspect the 650D is one of these models.

Thank you for making the tool Sir.

I wonder where i can get this data? i got a refurbished item and very curious about its life before it met me.

Try this.  This utility supposedly reads the shutter count directly from the camera.

I used the link. It gave a count of 105. 95 of which were by me.
