How to print French characters under Windows

Hello,
I cant realize how to print French characters under Windows ?
Jpg with City tag = Porté-Puymorens
exiftool -city test.jpg gives
   City                            : Port├®-Puymorens
exiftool -city -L test.jpg
   City                            : PortÚ-Puymorens
...
Could somebody help me, please ?

See FAQ 18 for help with this.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
