Is there a way to get the hexadecimal or decimal Tag ID number in addition to the Tag name in the column headers of a CSV file?

No, sorry.  The column headers must be valid tag names for the import feature to work, and the -H option is not compatible with this.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
