-progress in Format File

Hi Phil,

I am trying to use -progress as an Image Count in a Format file, bu got no output.

Here is the format file - is it possible to get an Image count ?

Yes.  The -progress option only provides a progress message to the console.  What you need is a tag with a number that increments for each image.  The Extra tags contain a wealth of useful (and often overlooked) features like this.  In your particular case, take a look at the FileSequence tag.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
