windows gui download file location

I am simply trying to find out where I can find the windows GUI version of EXIF to download.
I know I am an old confused bloke but cannot find the GUI version link anywhere and ask pretty please can someone direct me.

It is linked from the sticky topic at the top of the ExifTool GUI board in this forum.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
