exiftool incorrect Light Value

Ah, yes. Forgot about ExposureCompensation. In that case, shouldn't LV take the ExposureCompensation into account? Then it truly is the light level (as the camera saw it, and only when not in M mode and not using auto ISO).

I say no to Exposure Compensation, which is just another way to tweak the camera settings and/or Auto ISO.  EC is already accounted for in the resulting camera settings.

I have never seen anyone else include ExposureCompensation in LV, so I don't think that ExifTool should do that.  However, one must realize the effect that it has on the computed LV.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
