[doc bug] bad jfif spec URL

On http://www.exiftool.org/TagNames/JFIF.html
it links to:
http://www.jpeg.org/public/jfif.pdf

that link is broken.

I think this would be a suitable replacement?

Thanks!  This will be fixed with the next ExifTool release.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
