Digital Signature of PDF after metadata modification and image retrieve from PDF

Hello Forum!

I was wondering what happens to the digital signature if I modify (or in my case erease) the metadata of a digitally signed PDF file? Will that make the signature corrupt or it will be safe?

Another really newbie question, how can I scan a PDF and export all the images out of it?
