Unused and pad bytes

Is it possible for exiftool to output a csv file showing the locations of pad bytes and unused bytes (including size of the regions).

no.  This only appears in the -htmlDump output.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
