Environment: ExifToolGUI v5.16.0.0, ExifTool v10.04, Windows 10, 4 TB Mybook with 1 TB partition mapped as H:Images

If I store a .CR2 file on the H: drive, ExifToolGUI will not show the Metadata. It shows "ExifTool Executed" and "No Data".
If the same file is stored in the C:Pictures drive, ExifToolsGUI displays all the correct metadata.

Not sure what is happening here. Has anyone any idea on how to get the files to display metadata on the H:Images partition?

It looks like Exiftool can't handle leading spaces in filename or folder names.
Remove the space and Tadaaaa..

ExifTool can handle spaces in file/folder names, but you need to put quotes around them to keep the shell from stripping them off.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
