Can not read GPS data

Hello All,
I have two sample videos.  But I couldnt read the GPS data from these two videos.

There is no static GPS metadata that I can see in these files.  Dynamic GPS that may exist in the video stream is currently extracted by ExifTool only for M2TS format videos.
