Here's my second topic:
Having about 2000 video files (for a documentary film)  xmp tagged meticulously would like to export certain tags in a format possible to import it to a spreadsheet or a easily manageable database.

I'm not a programmer and learning python is out of my timetable possibilities. Could the task I described be archived with a simple command to exiftool?

Yes.  See FAQ 12 for help with this.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
