Add To Commerical Use?

I am making an application I would like to sell and one of the features I would like to add is an ExifModifier and ExifTool seems to be a great tool. Does the License allow me to incorporate it into my software if i plan to use it for commercial reasons?

Yes.
...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
