1 file - 15 folders .. how to make multi copy?

Hey everyone.

Does anybody know how I can make on Windows 7, multi copy thing?

I'm in the folder, where I have 1 file and 15 folders .... and I don't want to go in every folder to copy it by 1.

I want to copy it in a moment 1 file to all 15 folders...

Does anybody know any method... or software, that will help?
