Hi

I'm new to Exif editing and wondered what this time stamp means. The other time stamps such as date created and date digitized are all obvious but can't work out what this one is for.

As far as I know the MWG RegionExtensions have no pre-defined meaning.  Without any more clues, my guess would be that a contained TimeStamp would be either the time the region was created, or the time represented by the region.  See http://www.metadataworkinggroup.org/ for the MWG specification.
