I would like to have weather data, temperature, beautiful weather rain, snow, wind strength and direction,

by consulting a database of weather data, is it possible to put these data in photos

thank you in advance

Yes, you can use ExifTool to write this information.  The biggest question is where to put it.  You could use a generic tag like XMP:Description maybe.  Or if that isn't suitable, you could create your own user-defined tags to store this information.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
