how to strip embedded profiles

Hello, I'm looking for a way to strip an ICC_PROFILE from a jpg image using exiftool.
I didn't see anything in the documentation to support this action.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Use
ExifTool -icc_profile= <DIR/FILE>

"It didn't work" isn't helpful. What was the exact command used and the output.
Read FAQ #3 and use that cmd
Please use the Code button for exiftool output

Please include your OS/Exiftool version/filetype
