Possible new Sony Makernotes

I was looking at a Sony JPG file (model DSC-S650) and found a Sony Makernote tag 0x0207 which had a content of "&MP9Q3". When I googled this I found some Flickr matches which seem to indicate this tag has the Camera Type information. When looking a bit further, I also recognized the sequence "-151 -336 -412 -152 -340 -416" for tag 0x0206, which seems to be the "Lens Distortion Params" and a few more:

  0x0201, "Quality"
  0x0202, "Macro"
  0x0203, "BWMode"
  0x0204, "Digital Zoom"
  0x0205, "Focal Plane Diagonal"
  0x0206, "Lens Distortion Params"
  0x0207, "Camera Type"
