Hi Guys,

I would like to read the serial number of my Sigma Art Lens 35mm f1.4 E-Mount, which I have mounted on my Sony A7iii.
Unfortunately I am not able to read this Information from the Sony arw-file, because there is no tag.

What did I do?
I called in MacOS Terminal:
Exiftool ~/Desktop/DSC00499.ARW

Background: I own multiple identical lenses and I want to distinguish a couple of photo, so that I know, which photo has been shot with which lens

Thank you!

Thanks Phil for helping me out.

I have sent you an email with attached file (Sony arw file, 35 mb as a zip file).

Best regards

Sorry, I was away on vacation when you sent the file.  I can see if I can find it tomorrow.  What is the serial number that I'm looking for in the file?

I checked my emails and there is nothing from Jan 26, but unfortunately I have erased my junk mails since then and your mail probably went into the junk folder.  Please send again with "ExifTool LensSerialNumber" in the subject.
