Hello Phil,

With Exiftool 11.58/59 the option PNGEarlyXMP has been removed.
My interpretation is, that Exiftool will always write XMP metadata to PNG images as in case that this option was set.
I hope I am right?

By the way: on your "options internet page" this option is still mentioned twice near: "The following options are effective...".

Yes.  I changed ExifTool to use a 2-pass writing algorithm, and always write XMP before IDAT now.

Thanks.  I've removed all references to this option in the documentation for the upcoming release.
