Hi Phil,

did you ever see a private tag that stores the face detection information especially the face location?
Any idea if the Nikon cameras do that?

Hi Dietmar,

Yes.  ExifTool decodes this information for a number of makes.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
