Unclear where to file bug reports

https://exiftool.org/ should make it clear where one can file bug reports. Some projects have a GitHub page but don't check the bugs list - I found https://github.com/exiftool/exiftool/issues and hope it gets checked.

Please update the website to make it clear whether the GitHub page can/should be used to file bug reports.

You can file a bug report in many different locations (5 different locations actually).  Whichever you prefer.  I check them all.  You should be able to tell this by checking the responses to the recent reports.

If you are the one that just posted the github issue, the reason it took me a day to respond is because I was away for the weekend.  Most times I respond the same day.
