.MOV and .mov metadata missing (shutter speed, ISO, aperture, etc...)

Hello,

I've been looking for a way to check the shutter speed of .MOV and .mov video files without any success.
I read everywhere that ExifTool was the best way to do so, but when I run it in my iMac terminal it doesn't provide me with the info I'm looking for (shutter speed, iSO etc...)
I recorded these videos with a Lumix Gh4 and an iPhone 6.
Am I doing something wrong? or is it just impossible to get this metadata, and why? When it seems like others are succeeding.
As a reference, I attached a .txt file to show you what I get.

The data may simply not be in the file.  Such data doesn't magically appear.  The device that created the file has to actually put the data in to the file.  And if the file has been processed by some other program, than the data is quite probably lost, as there isn't an actual standard to save such metadata in a video file.

I've been exporting the files from my SD card directly to Photos. Is it possible that the data is lost through that process? Do you recommend another software to export the files to and keep all metadata?

Try copying the file directly from the SD card to the hard drive and checking with exiftool there.  Try this command so you'll see all tags, including duplicate names, and their group locations
exiftool -G0 -a -s /path/to/file.mov
