Updated ACDSee.config file

I've updated the ACDSee.config file originally posted in this thread.  It now includes tags to convert MWG, Microsoft, and IPTC regions into ACDSee regions.  The ACDSee tags have been renamed to be shorter and more similar to the MWG region tag names.  Shortcut tags are also included that point the original long names to the new names, so existing scripts and commands should not break.

Since I don't actually have ACDSee, I haven't been able to see if there are any problems with ACDSee reading converted tags, but when I compared the structured output to a known ACDSee region, the results were equivalent.  If there are any problems, please let me know.

The documentation can be found in the config file.
Troubleshooting hints:
* Did you read FAQ #3 and use the command listed there?
* When posting, include your OS, Exiftool version, and type of file you're processing (MP4, JPG, etc).
* Double all percent signs (%) in a Windows batch file.
