Password protect exif data

Hi!
Is it possible to password protect the exif data, as nobody can remove it without permision?

The only way to add something that can't be easily removed is to watermark the image.  It is easy to remove metadata, especially in JPEG images.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
