13.11 standalone (folderless)

I couldn't find the standalone single EXE version of 13.11. Am I blind or something? I've had version 12.44 for years, it's a portable single EXE—but it can't handle Cyrillic, like with "-XMP:Title="ьнн / Miscellaneous."

how can i state my gratefulness for this tool as a signature, will try that next.

12.44 should be able to handle cyrillic if you get your shell character encodings correct.  It is best to set your shell to UTF-8 and work in UTF-8 only.

Also, the 12.44 EXE  isn't really stand-alone.  It is a self-extracting archive that extracts itself to the temporary directory then runs from there.  The current version skips the self-extraction step.
