Hi Phil,

in my Perl environment, the selftest fails in 13.23:

  Test 2 differs beginning at line 21:
    Test gave: "[File, File, Time] TimeStamp - Time Stamp: 2020:10:13 16:12:07.025764+02:00"
    Should be: "[File, File, Time] TimeStamp - Time Stamp: 2020:10:13 10:12:07.025764-04:00"
t/PCAP.t ........... Dubious, test returned 1 (wstat 256, 0x100)

Yes, thanks.  Also reported here.

This is a problem with the test, and not ExifTool itself, and will be fixed in 13.24.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
