XMP: how to define and handle a list of struct containing a list of struct

I've tried to define for my XMP extension a list of structures which contains to tags that need be a list of struct too. I've failed :-(

Before I waste more time for trying: is this possible with exiftool? Any hints?

It should be possible to define a structure like this,
but it will not be possible to write tags where you want
because they will all be added to one list and it will
not be possible to create new elements in the other nested list.
