Alternatives to exiftool for .mov (or other video files)?

Hi,

Since it would appear there are no plans in the foreseeable future for editing metadata for .mov or other video files, I was wondering if you knew of any alternative tools that accomplish basically the same things. I'm mainly looking for something that lets me change the embedded timestamps in the file (i.e., something like -AllDates) since I tend to forget to set the correct time beforehand.

Thanks!

Phil Harvey

Adobe Bridge has the ability to write metadata to some types of movies, although I'm not sure about MOV in particular, and I doubt it would be able to edit the embedded timestamps.  Video editors are out because they would recompress the video.  So I don't think I've come across anything that would do the job.
