how to extract a watermark image from a jpg-file ?
and
how to add a new watermark image ?

Hi Tensing,

ExifTool deals with metadata only.  It doesn't do image manipulations.

You need other software for this.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
