Exiftool not showing xmp:subject when using -xmp:all flag
« on: September 21, 2011, 12:10:11 PM »
When trying to extract XMP data from an Adobe Illustrator file using "exiftool -xmp:all", the XMP:Subject field does not appear. However, if I do an "exiftool -xmp:subject", it shows me the data without problems. This is happening with both Windows and Linux versions of exiftool 8.64.

Any thoughts on the issue would be greatly appreciated.

There must be another Subject tag hiding the XMP version.  This is FAQ number 3.
