Hi Bogdan,

I use old manual primes a lot. Those do not fill the exifs properly by themselves with an identifier of their type (lens id). There for I am quite dependant on the column "lens used" which used to be visible in the "camera settings" detail view in v4. It help me get an overview where the data is missing. Now it's gone.
Any chance to get that back in v5?

Hi,

You can add desired tag (in this case, -exif:LensInfo or -exif:LensModel) into Quick view (which will be renamed to Workspace in next update), so you can enter values manually. And you can also add that tag as column to Filelist Details:User defined. That is, in this case, you became independent on "when" I will do something: you can already do that by yourself  :)

Whoa. Seriously impressed. Again. Great!  :)
I hadn't seen that.

1)
Following up there: Is there any way to make GUI remember the column width of the (file-) "name" column? For me its mostly too narrow and I keep changing it. The column with can be adjusted in "edit" for all other columns but "name" is not shown there.

2)
Any way to allow for resizing the user defined edit pop-up window?
If you have a lot of columns added there and some are wide then scrolling in the horizontal in that relatively small window isn't pure fun.

Anyhow: This custom column feature alone is wonderful.

Thanks again.

One more request: Would it be possible for GUI to remember the chosen details view in the file list, e.g. it always starts up with "user defined" when the user had that active when GUI closed the last time?

Hi

1 -I planned remembering File-Name column width when starting with v5, but then.. you know: this first, and this first. Anyway, I hope I can make this for next update.
2- Panel width of user defined columns... Yes, it's a bit tiny  ::) -will be wider in next update.

3. Remembering last selected Details view.. I can try to make that, even that's something I will never use (GUI's startup speed is crucial for me).
