Hi,

Since I'm preparing to move all my photo (and video) editing and management to a (yet to be delivered :)) Linux machine and will definitely continue to use ExifTool, one of the things I just did was go through some of the sets of links on the ExifTool home page.

I thought you'd like to know that some these links are either no longer valid, or in the wrong place. (Note that I didn't check all links!)

Under 'Related Utilities - Linux':
'Photoxx' seems to have disappeared altogether: the link is not found, and two search engine sources brought up only this page, and one or two mentions without a link

Under 'Related Utilities - Multiplatform':
'Proxel EXIF Tool' (Photoshop plugin) is on their page listed specifically as Windows (it also mentions ActiveState Perl as a prerequisite, which is also Windows). So, this link should be moved to the Windows section. Photoshop plugins can be cross-program (many programs support many of them) but are generally not cross-platform.

Under 'How-To Videos':
'ExifTool: convert XMP to IPTC (WINDOWS)' has disappeared, the user account no longer exists.

Thanks!  I've implemented all of your suggestions.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
