How to remove camera serial number using GUITool

Dear All,
  I can view the camera serial using the ExifToolGui but it cannot be removed. Any option to check to edit this?

ExifTool won't let you delete maker note information, but the makernote serial number can always be set to 000000.

You just need to add the tag to the workspace to be able to write it.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
