Feature Request: [DirectoryHead]

When using -fmt option then [HEAD] and [TAIL] allow a certain formatting. In combination with -r (recursive) option it would be nice if some formatting per directory would be possible.
For example [DirectoryHead] and [DirectoryTail] could be output for every directory processed.
