Hi everyone,
Any chance that you're close to making EIP files writable? I would like to be able to edit the metadata outside of the Capture One interface.
Specifically I'd like to edit the "Content_Description" & "Content_Keywords" inside the .cos file. I tried un-zipping the EIP, modifying the .cos file, re-zipping it and changing the extension back to EIP but when I re-zip it Capture One fails to read it.
Anyone have any tips?

Thanks you!

Sorry, ExifTool is not likely to ever support writing COS files.  I particularly despise XML because there are so many flavours, so I am not very motivated to add XML write support.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).

That's understandable, I have my own issues with the software itself. Thanks anyway for the quick response!
