Time does not match different applications (exiftool <> Canon's DPP)

I've taken pictures with two identical Canon cameras (5DIII). When looking at date/time created Canons DPP shows different time than finder or exiftool.
The correct one is the one of Canon. I think it depends on the local setting. You can set the time in the camera manually or switch to a different time zone, so that the time is automatically adjusted by some hours.
I think the cameras were set differently. One absolutely to a time, the other relativly by setting location.

How can I retrieve this adjusted time by exiftool?

Forget it: I have to investigate a little bit more!
