Image dates/times...

A jpg file has a file-date/time of 2015:12:25 15:01:00

Why doesn't that date match any of these other dates/times extracted by EXIFTOOL:

Where are you getting the 2015:12:25 15:01:00 timestamp from?

That time stamp is the same as the FileModifyDate except for one hour, but it's missing the timezone info that should be there.  What time zone are you in?  The time zone might account for the difference.

If this image was taken by a camera, assuming the camera's clock was correct, the DateTimeOriginal, ModifyDate, and CreateDate should be the correct times.
