New metadata workspace and elements

Dear,

I just noticed that the metadata elements of VRA Essential namespace are missing from https://exiftool.org/TagNames/XMP.html.
They were created by the Visual Resources Association (VRA) few years ago, and are dedicated to artwork photos, a specialized use. It is up to you decide if they are worth the implementation in ExifTool.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for pointing this out.

I haven't yet had a request to support VRA XMP metadata, but if/when I do then I'll consider adding this.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
